Desi Mayhem
Desi Mayhem is a free browser motorcycle game that brings Road Rash-style racing and fighting to Indian city streets. Weave through traffic, chase rival riders and look for a gap before a bus closes it. The roads are as much part of the challenge as the race.

Traffic is half the race
The setting gives Desi Mayhem its character. Buses, auto-rickshaws, roadside buildings and interruptions from other road users make the streets feel busy beyond the riders ahead of you. A clear line can disappear quickly, and near misses add to your score.
We recommend starting on Easy and getting comfortable with the traffic before chasing every rival. There is plenty to manage without turning every overtake into a fight.
Pick a city and a way to ride
The city selection includes Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Patna, New Delhi and Kolkata, with routes named for places such as Anna Salai, Marine Drive and Howrah Bridge.
Race puts you against seven rivals with a countdown and a finish line to reach. Free Ride removes the race timer and life limit, giving you more room to explore, although combat stays on.
Controls and settings
Desi Mayhem plays well on both a computer and a phone. On mobile, use the on-screen touch controls to ride.
On a computer, use WASD or the arrow keys to ride. The game’s main controls are Q to kick, E to punch, Space to wheelie and Shift to boost. Pause lets you stop a ride, restart or change cities.
Music and sound effects have separate controls. Graphics settings offer Auto, High, Balanced and Low, so you can reduce the detail if the ride feels sluggish.
Can you race with friends?
The Multiplayer menu offers private rooms for two to eight players, with a code for joining and computer riders filling spare places. The game labels multiplayer as an early version and warns of lag and bugs.
Do you need to sign up?
You can start without an email address, password or download. If an app prompt appears, choose Continue in browser. Before your first ride, the game supplies a rider nickname that you can keep or change.
That nickname belongs to a persistent rider profile, and rider names and scores can appear on leaderboards. The browser game also records gameplay analytics. Choose a name you are comfortable making public; clearing browser data does not delete the server records. The privacy policy explains storage and deletion.
